We publish adult non-fiction, with a current bias towards illustrated books. The slogan at the top of each page of this site describes the broad scope of our interests.
If you would like us to consider you as an illustrator for some of our projects, send us a look at your work. Up to a point, more tends to be better. Usually pdf files or pointing us to a website works best.
In an attempt to prevent any more spam to wade through every day, we're providing the inquiry email address thusly:

Do us the favor of simply keying that into your email program, and including "Illustrator" in the subject line
Also, we greatly prefer that you communicate with us via email; it saves trees, oil, etc. It also demonstrates that you're going to be a lot easier to work with if we decide to utilize you on a project. If you really need to mail something — like a CD ROM — see the Contact page listed in the menus.
If you are an author/illustrator, follow the author submission guidelines and be sure to include a couple of sample illustrations to provide the flavor of what your look will be.
